Love the product! The only problem is I’ve had it appear stiff and/or old. This time the clear side would not come out. It’s like it has dried up in the tube. I had to take a large pin and kept sticking into it. Was still stuck and I had someone take some type of tool to loosen it. Hope you can figure out what could be the problem for the future. Thank you
While the kit contained all the items expected, the texture pad was smooth. I requested a new one, but it took several days for me to connect successfully to customer service. It states that the hours are Monday-Friday; 9:00-2:00. Unusually brief customer service availability compared to other such companies. The replacement pad is still not as textured as my previous ones have been. Why is there a change?
I went through two tubes and could only get it to stay on 2 times. It was the very first time I used each tube. I contacted customer service, and we set up a time for them to call to help, and both times they did not call! This is very frustrating! I ended up using the entire 2nd tube waiting for them to call me back. I don't know whether the product changes after you initially open it, but I kept it in a dry dark cabinet, so you would think it would not effect the efficacy of the product. I can't explain why it only worked for me upon initially opening it. They blew me off twice, and now I have no product left, which I just purchased 2 weeks ago.
makeup artists use this and apparently you need to be an artist to use this. Not great results and it looks fake
I have a dent in my chin from an accident, and I would put a band-aid on it to cover it up when I went out in public. I don't have to do that now! This product is a miracle. I just made a one-time purchase to see how it works. Far outweighed my expectations!

What Do USPS Tracking Statuses
When I first tried to order I was told they were going to email me a discount code they never did with 3 tries. My first order the color was too light. I asked for the next shade darker as they offer one free change of color..I have not heard back. The customer service is terrible

I've been using this product for more than 2 years now. I've tried no more shades trying to find my correct color. Well I finally found it! It makes a world of difference. Before I was mixing two shades and still could not find the right combination. Thrilled that I finally gave the right color a try. This is the only product I have found that works for the deep scars on my face and I tried many before I found this product. Only giving four stars because it took me so long to find the right color. They do however offer you a first time buyer color change.

I have been using scar filler on the tip
of my nose for at least 6 years after 2 Mohs surgeries for basal cell cancer leaving deep scars. Using the primer is a must.
The coverage is better than any plastic surgery could conceal, which would also leave a scar.
I hope to never be out of this product!

I was really looking forward to this concealer palette, but it didn’t cover any of my graft. In fact I sent a pic,of the graft and found out from my surgeon it was the completely wrong colour. Disappointing

I have been using the scar filler for over a year. All of a sudden it’s not staying on my scar. Not sure what is wrong. I can’t even get it to “stick” when I first put it on. Not sure if I’m going to be buying it again.

I have a few bad acne scars on my cheeks and this stuff makes them disappear completely. It took a little bit of time for me to get the application perfect, but it can be done. I don’t use the mixing tool. I put the primer on the spots, then I just squeeze a small amount of product onto the cap for the texture pad, mix that with a toothpick and then use the small white plastic stick to apply the product into the scars. I put small pieces of the texture pad on the spots and I let it sit for three minutes and then carefully remove the pads away. It is perfect and looks just like my skin.
