Shipping within USA

Orders placed before 12PM Eastern time will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM will ship the next business day. You will receive an order confirmation email and an email with tracking info when your order has shipped. PO boxes must use Standard Shipping. Shipping prices and transit times vary depending on the delivery address, shipping prices will be shown on the checkout page before a purchase is completed along with an estimated delivery date.

Please note: our 1 and 2-day shipping option provides an estimated delivery timeframe based on standard carrier transit times (business days, not calendar days), but delivery dates are not guaranteed once the package is handed off to the carrier. Delays due to weather, carrier logistics, or other factors outside our control can occasionally affect the estimated arrival date.

Shipping outside of USA

Shipping is available to most countries within 3-6 days. Cost ranges from $10-75+ USD. Enter your address at checkout to see exact cost and transit time. Duties are paid however the recipient is responsible for any extra duty or taxes charged by your country. If you do not see your country available on the check out page, or you want to explore cheaper shipping options, please email us at support@dermaflage.com.

Free Color Exchange

We offer one FREE color exchange for first time purchases in the U.S. only. If your color does not match perfectly, email support@dermaflage.com and request another color. We do not offer a color exchange for refill items like single applicators or 4 packs.

Refund Policy

Our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee applies to first time customer purchases made on dermaflage.com only. We only accept returns for ONE color return per product. We do not refund any refill items such as primer, applicators, tool kits, tips. We do not refund the shipping cost. To return your product, please email us at support@dermaflage.com to start your return, and we'll provide you with instructions on how to send it back. Refunds can take up to 1 week to process and then an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to post back to your account. Please understand that this refund policy is strictly for purchases made on this website (www.dermaflage.com). If you purchase from one of our retailers (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) follow their return policy as listed on their site.
