    Something changed...

    I've been using dermaflage faithfully for the last 3 years (confidence saver honestly) ordering the Tan shade which has always been perfect for my skin, but my most recent Tan purchase I received was not the same. In fact the Tan was lighter then the Light Tan shade that I've purchased before. I don't know what changed but PLEASE can we go back to the original Tan formula because I'm freaking out not having a color that matches my skin tone anymore and I'm afraid to order another Tan and receive a refill thats lighter then the Light Tan you guys sale. HELP!

    Love the product! The only problem is I’ve had it appear stiff and/or old. This time the clear side would not come out. It’s like it has dried up in the tube. I had to take a large pin and kept sticking into it. Was still stuck and I had someone take some type of tool to loosen it. Hope you can figure out what could be the problem for the future. Thank you

    Thank you for writing a review! It sounds like the problem is that a little bit of the color side got mixed with the clear side which triggered the formula to go from gel to solid. Take care when using to make sure the 2 sides don't inadvertantly mix- you can wipe the applicator and cap after use and that usually does the trick!
