Can’t imagine using this product without the primer on first. This product is fantastic. Stays on for 2+ days if applied correctly. Just wash your face gently where applied. There is nothing like this on the market. Been using it for a decade? Don’t know what I would do without it. Any negative reviews is because they aren’t applying it properly. Excellent product. This product I tried maybe five different days and I just couldn't get it then enough to not flake all over my face. I used an extremely small amount did exactly what I was supposed to do according to the extraction instructions and it just flaked. I have since bought some product products from French Pharmacy and I'm so happy with the results.
I'm submitting feedback specific to the purple applicator pad that goes along with the tools. They are no longer as flexible as they used to be and it's extremely difficult to apply the product to my face. I love Dermaflage and have been using it for over 10 years. I'm worried that I won't be able to apply the product anymore because the quality of the purple applicator pads has recently changed.
I tried the bronze yet it’s too light. I use a lot to get the results needed. I may should have went with a deep palette instead.
I have used this concealer for a long time on my very dark under eye circles and LOVE it. It covers completely and doesnt have to be set with powder. It covers all day. This concealer doesnt settle ALL day at all and doesnt make me look older. The pot has to tightly closed to not dry out but you figure that out quickly and isnt a problem. Please never discontinue.
I've never found a concealer as effective as this one. It covers everything! It doesn't look cake-y or dry, and it blends in very easily. I have several in different colors for different needs, and I'll never use anything else again.
Still practicing with the silicone scar cover-up. It has not been that easy for me, but I hope I’ll get better with the application.

The filler works great if you have the right color. The color I ordered is too dark. I also did not receive the primer in my package. I have emailed multiple times and the most I get is “confirm your address” but no confirmation, no follow up details, no replacement order tracking info and nothing received. It has been weeks now. There is also no phone number to call. Such a shame.
I continue to practice with the application of the product. I appreciate the tutorial videos.

Sometimes doesn’t adhere to skin for first application. Typically holds on 2nd or 3rd attempt.
Love the product! The only problem is I’ve had it appear stiff and/or old. This time the clear side would not come out. It’s like it has dried up in the tube. I had to take a large pin and kept sticking into it. Was still stuck and I had someone take some type of tool to loosen it. Hope you can figure out what could be the problem for the future. Thank you

Thank you for writing a review! It sounds like the problem is that a little bit of the color side got mixed with the clear side which triggered the formula to go from gel to solid. Take care when using to make sure the 2 sides don't inadvertantly mix- you can wipe the applicator and cap after use and that usually does the trick!
