Dermaflage promises to give you a one-time color match if you don't get right the first time. I was able to get ahold of them via email and they promised to make right with a courtesy color change and honoring a $10 discount as I purchased during a promotion. While they were responsive at first, once I sent them my home address for them to get shipment to me quickly - they ghosted, and no product was sent nor discount honored and refunded. It worries me that a company guarantees the correct product, but doesn't fulfil it.
I bought this for a job interview it washed off as soon as I washed my hands the first time go to graftobien if you want good product that stays on
This product has proven to cover my pigmentation variations pretty well
I ordered this to cover up tattoos on my arm. They are not very big, but after 3 layers, they still showed though. Not impressed
I’m sure it’s a good product, but I’m really struggling w/the application process to the point of being extremely frustrated. I would like to return the product for a full refund. Please advise the process to do so. Thank you.

I find that it works good on the body but on the face it is cakey

The pad is sticking to the filler and removing the product when I pull it away. It takes me triple the time to apply and sometimes I have to start over because the product gets ripped off. Also, the top layer of the pad is peeling off. Did they change the pad? I never used to have this issue. It is very frustrating!!

Not impressed, product did not seem to do anything other than flake off. Also not much in the tube and the tips provided did not work well at all. Disappointed

I love this product it works great and literally looks like skin.
I was told there is a change in custom regulations in Malaysia.
I can’t receive my order in Malaysia and it has to be diverted to another country.
I am quite disappointed with your courier services Representative in Malaysia (FedEx) who is not helpful when it come to contact with customer and providing actual information to customer as well as declaring such goods to the Custom Authority.
He only emailed me when he can be more communication through call or WhatsApp message when solutions may be realized. Perhaps using similar courier services in Malaysia should be reconsidered.

Dermaflage is the best product i ever used for my acne scars Super easy to used and of course it takes a few tries to learn how to use it You need to get the primer so a can stick to your skin. I normally use after a apply my foundation and all my make up or on clean skin also you need to find the right shade I used bronze dark & normally before I mix the product I remove a little of the color from the product to make look more lighter or more close shade to my skin color and I leave it for 40 seconds so a can get dry on my skin
I have tried countless times since purchasing to apply this. It always looks terrible and even comes off WITH the texturising pad. I follow the directions carefully. This has been so frustrating and disappointing for me.
Product is too light for my skin. Looks like I have a sheer bandage on my face. I do like the skin cleanser and the good skin corrective cream.
