Shipping

For customers in the US, we offer Standard Ground (1-5 day transit time) or Next Day Air shipping via UPS. Next Day Air shipping charges will be calculated based on your zip code and will be quoted during checkout. Orders will be processed within 2 business days and should be delivered within 1 to 7 business days of order. Your tracking number will be emailed to you at the time of shipment and you can track the package yourself by clicking on the link in the email.

Auto-Order Program

You may cancel the auto order at any time by emailing us or calling 1-855-228-4022 to give us 30 days notice.

Return Policy

We offer a money back guarantee. If you are not happy with the results, make sure to read the Frequently Asked Questions and review the Discussion area to learn how other consumers have made Dermaflage work for them. If you still would like to return the product, you must complete this form for a Return Authorization Code and ship back to us within 30 days of order. Write the Return Authorization Code on your original invoice and send back the unused portion in its original packaging. Once we receive your return, we will issue credit to the card you used to purchase the product and you will receive an email confirmation. Allow 10 days for the credit to show up on your card. We cannot refund any orders without the Return Authorization Code and we cannot refund the shipping cost.

We offer international shipping to most countries. Upon checkout, enter your country and choose UPS Worldwide Saver for a shipping quote. Allow 3 to 5 days for delivery. Your tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment. Customers in Europe can order from our partner JD Harris in the United Kingdom to take advantage of lower shipping charges.
